Since 2008, they have been dedicated to revitalizing the original estate into an agroforestry system, interplanting cacao with fruits and native trees. Their goal is to preserve primary and secondary forests while providing a habitat for endangered species threatened by ongoing agricultural expansion. Meticulously processed, the cacao grown on the estate reveals a truly exotic profile. The chocolate opens with woody tones, followed by floral notes and delicate layers of berry acidity.
